PRIORITY DEADLINE

If materials are submitted late, only the National and International Scholarships program will provide feedback.

Required information includes:

  1. A signed Scholarship Waiver (either scanned or in hardcopy).
  2. Statement of Purpose and two short essays requested by the Quad Fellowship.
  3. A 2-page resumé.

Optional information includes three letters of recommendation that address how you fit the criteria of a Quad Fellow. Letters should be sent as attachments directly to us at topscholars@illinois.edu.
